Here is the best solution for the people who want to type in Sinhala.But unfortunately i could not find the Windows XP version of this software.This will only works with Windows Vista and Windows 7.You just have to download this software form here and install it to your pc.Then you are done.have fun with sinhala!!!

Its 'AltGr+O'.
"AltGr" is the Right Alt key.
