Login failed to GoogleTalk after 2-step verification of Google

I had a problem with login in to GoogleTalk after enabling the 2-step verification of Google.

Then I did some googling & came up with a solution where I had to create an application specific password.

Here how to solve the problem.

• Login to your Google “Account Settings” page

• Click on “Edit” button next to 2-step verification

Then you have to provide your password to login into your Google account.

• Click on “Manage application-specific passwords”

Then again you have to provide your password to login into your Google account.

• At the bottom of the page there is a box for you to provide a name for the application specific password.Fill a name (I used “Gtalk”) & Generate the password.

you will be directed to a new page which contains your new application specific password.You can use that password to login to your GoogleTalk application.
